Korean Beef Short Ribs
  • ½ kiwi – to tenderize (can substitute ½ apple but kiwi tastes better)
  • ¾ cup regular soy sauce (not dark)
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seed oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 scallion
  • ¾ cup water

Throw all that into a blender and whip it all up until the kiwi has completely disappeared so you can't see it. Marinate for 1 hour minimum, and no more than 3 hours max, otherwise it'll turn to mush.
