Chocolate Banana Cake

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil and chocolate in an 8-inch square pan in 350°F oven for about 5 minutes. Remove pan from oven.
Add water, bananas, sugar, egg, flour, salt, baking soda, and vanilla to melted chocolate mixture in the cake pan. Beat with a fork until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.
Spread mixture evenly in the pan.
Bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes until cake tester inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool the cake, in pan, on a wire rack.
Serve the cake from the pan.
